Welcome to LifeSmile Dental Care.

We know going to the dentist can be stressful and we want your visit to be as pleasant and relaxing as possible for you and your family. Our doctors understand the importance of offering the latest dental technology and patient amenities for your comfort. Our patients come to our office for a variety of dental services which include: Invisalign, dental implants, teeth whitening, same day crowns, cosmetic dentistry, and their routine dental care.

At your first appointment, we are going to set aside time to get to know you, understand your dental needs and wishes, and develop a relationship to help you maintain your best dental health. The new patient forms are on our website for your convenience to complete ahead of time. We are more than happy to help you finish your paperwork and answer any questions you may have at your appointment.

We designed our schedule so we could offer convenient hours for our patients, including early morning and evening appointments. Our current office hours are:

Hazelwood:

M: 7AM-5PM | T: 7AM-5PM | W: 7AM-5PM | TH: 7AM-1PM

Kirkwood:

M: 7AM-5PM | T: 7AM-5PM | W: 7AM-5PM | TH: 7AM-1PM

We realize the importance of referrals and over the past few years many of our patients have found us through referrals from friends or family members. Make sure to let us know if you were referred by a patient so we can apply the referral credit to both of your accounts.
